Program Learning Outcome(s):

Upon successful completion of this program, the student will be able to:

  • Describe the concepts and issues related to teaching diverse learners in today's contemporary schools, Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten through grade 12 (K-12).

  • Describe the ways in which arts, literature, philosophy, history or language reflect historical, intellectual and cultural contexts, as well as aesthetic values.

  • Use scientific principles to explain well-established fundamental biological or physical phenomena and analyze their underlying components.

  • Analyze and critically evaluate arguments and issues in terms of logical principles or other problem solving methodologies.
