About the Program
The Associate Degree in Accelerated Track Registered Nursing: LVN to ADN program is a state approved program which provides the courses necessary for a Licensed Vocational Nurse to apply for licensure as a Registered Nurse. This program relies on vocational nursing training and prerequisite classes to count as some of the first and second semester courses of the program.
A registered nurse can seek employment in a variety of settings: acute care hospital, community/home health care, skilled and long-term care, clinics, physician offices and any number of private industries that interface with healthcare delivery.
